Georgia Implied Consent Law: New Ignition Interlock Option on DUI Refusal to Avoid Total License Suspension

Georgia DUI Laws have been rated as the second toughest in America. A new modification of the harsh one-year suspension for a DUI refusal to submit to a post-arrest Implied Consent test now has a more favorable alternative. However , some people arrested for DUI in Georgia are not eligible.
